Expert support for Canadian public companies filing on the CSA’s SEDAR+ platform — including coordination with parallel EDGAR requirements where needed.
We convert your Word/Excel/PDF to compliant format at no extra charge — you only pay for the actual filing.
SEDAR transitioned to a new system on July 25, 2023 called SEDAR+. All regulatory filings must now be submitted through this platform.
SEDAR+ (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval) is Canada's official platform for electronic filing of disclosure documents by public companies.
SEDAR+ filings can be completed at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. This is a major change from the legacy SEDAR system.
Filing deadlines remain unchanged: If a deadline falls on a weekend or a statutory holiday in the relevant jurisdiction, it automatically extends to the next business day.
Note: SEDAR+ support via the CSA Service Desk is available Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET, excluding Canadian statutory holidays — toll-free 1-800-219-5381, email sedarplus@csa-acvm.ca , or visit the SEDAR+ contact page.
All SEDAR+ documents must be in Adobe PDF format. We'll convert your documents (Word, Excel, etc.) to the required format at no additional charge — our fees only apply to the actual filing process.
Regulatory filing fees vary by document type and jurisdiction. Look up your specific fees with the CSA SEDAR+ Regulatory Fee Guide.
Payment: SEDAR+ accepts credit card, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or a pre-authorized debit (PAD) bank account configured in your SEDAR+ profile. Make sure your payment method is set up before you file.
The SEDAR+ system itself runs 24/7, including holidays — but the CSA Service Desk and securities regulators observe the closures below, and any filing deadline that lands on a weekend or closed date rolls to the next business day.
