What is the requirement in regards to SEDAR filings in repect to EDGAR, if your company is required to file with the SEC?
The general rule is everything filed on SEDAR has to also be filed on EDGAR.

Advice: Our experience allows us to give advice that can save you money, as we are always making sure that the documents we file meet the basic SEC requirements, for example, checking that signatures are present, correct signature dates, correct form type, correct cover page statements and their corresponding check boxes, etc. These checks could possibly save you from having to file an amended filing, due to missing a basic requirement.
