How many days do I have to file, after filing a Notification of Late filing? You have five calendar days for a 10-Q, fifteen calendar days for a 10-K, and fifteen calendar days for a 20F/40F.

Submitting documents can be done via email, and will be accepted in most industry wide formats. After submitting, we will convert and provide a proof, so that nothing gets filed until you're satisfied with it.

Timing is important, and we will do what it takes to get your documents filed on time in order for you to meet SEC deadlines. We can provide helpful advice in making sure your documents are filed correctly.
